HICG Consulting was instrumental in the success of a major interface project involving the implementation of Cerner Millennium in our health system. The project involved over 80 interfaces as we replaced our registration and ordering system, along with the replacement of a patient accounting system. He was deeply involved in every phase of the project, from discovery, architecture, and design, to final implementation and go-live support. In addition to his work in interface architect and analyst roles, he also led a team of consultants in their work. He ensured we had the right people on the project, and kept everything on track throughout every phase of the project.

I’ve worked with an HICG Consultant over the past ten years, where he’s exhibited a flexibility to work in the office or remotely with the same high degree of professionalism. When onsite, our entire staff benefited greatly from his knowledge and understanding of eGate and our health care environment, nothing was ever too complex for him, with projects always delivered on time. It’s important to find individuals that have the knowledge and expertise to work with the permanent staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon him again in the future.

Our experience with the HICG team has been excellent. The HICG technical team quickly integrated with the Vidant staff to efficiently architect and deploy an HA Development, Test and Production Ensemble infrastructure. The HICG team was also instrumental in mentoring staff in Ensemble and the migration of several eGate interfaces.
Should I need staff augmentation in the future, I would reach out to HICG as my preferred vendor.

We had a performance issue with our new interface engine. The issue was not only affecting the conversion project, but was affecting the hospital's patient care. Even though the issue was outside the scope of the project they were assigned, HICG joined calls and provided solutions to help solve the problems. The issue was resolved and their ideas helped solve the problem.
